Founded in 2021, we offer Virginia real estate pre-licensing, exam preparation, continuing education, and professional development, along with training for real estate investors. Our experienced instructors bring practical insights and an engaging, supportive approach to help students build knowledge, skills, and confidence.

Our commitment extends beyond the classroom. We are a proud Prince William County Schools Career and Technical Education (CTE) Work-Based Learning Partner and support active-duty service members, veterans, and military spouses as a Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Certified Company.

Established in 2012, Houston Consulting Group & Associates complements this mission through business development, leadership training, and consulting that help startups, small businesses, and independent contractors build better businesses.
